Dan Haefner is the Senior Vice President, Multifamily Housing for OMNIA Partners. Mr. Haefner is dedicated to developing, expanding and augmenting relationships between multifamily housing owners and operators and strategic supplier partners, providing new beneficial opportunities to the industry.
Mr. Haefner brings more than 35 years of experience in full-service multifamily real estate operations, primarily focused on property management, asset management, construction management, acquisitions and development, and over five years in multifamily procurement optimization. He has demonstrated success in leading financial and operational improvement, human capital/team development and technological enhancements within high value real estate services organizations. Dan has been directly responsible for managing assets in excess of $3 billion, and numerous divisions within companies in the multifamily and single-family real estate industries.
Dan holds a BA in Business Management with Honors from St. Mary's College in Moraga, California, and his other affiliations include being a current board member of the National Multi Housing Council, and a previous board member of the Atlanta Apartment Association, Georgia Apartment Association, Georgia Apartment Industry Educational Fund, Rent Bureau, and the Community Life Concepts non-profit organization.
