Fastenal is experiencing unforeseen price increases due to COVID19, supply and demand, and other supply chain factors. This is a macro level issue impacting all distribution suppliers in the space. Increases are limited to Safety / PPE items. This limits the overall impact of these increases as all other core pricing will remain the same. Please reference the following notice of force majeure indicating that specific items on our core list will experience a price increase effective November 1^st 2020. 

Raw material increases continue to rise which has forced another price increase on a select number (259) of core items in the Safety category. This increase will be effective 4/1/2021.
