M. Todd Abner

M. Todd Abner began his career at Ernst & Young, becoming a Senior Auditor, before joining Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). At HCA, he co-founded HealthTrust Purchasing Group and served as its Chief Financial Officer, contributing to its growth as the third largest group purchasing organization in the country, with a purchasing volume exceeding $30 billion.

During his tenure, Abner and his partner Ward Brown established empactHealth.com, a prominent provider of e-procurement solutions for the healthcare industry, which now operates as Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX). As VP of Business Development, Abner engaged top suppliers and addressed critical inventory challenges in the hospital sector.

Abner and Brown founded Horizon Resource Group. As Founder, President & CEO, Abner has transformed that company into the largest and most experienced group purchasing organization for both public and private sector procurement. Today, it is known as OMNIA Partners.

Abner is actively involved in philanthropy, having served as the inaugural Chairman of the Board for the National Coalition of Public Procurement (NCPP). He currently serves as Board President for Gabe's My Heart "Chemo Duck" and volunteers with Pilots N Paws, using his piloting skills to transport animals from kill shelters to safe forever homes.

Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Kent Capps oversees all finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, M&A, and tax functions for OMNIA Partners and its subsidiaries.

Before joining OMNIA Partners, Capps held the position of Vice President at Provista, a leading GPO focused on nonacute care, where he led corporate finance, accounting, and M&A initiatives. He played a pivotal role in executing Provista's growth strategy and managed relationships with lenders, investment banks, and private equity firms.

Capps brings over two decades of experience in finance, M&A, corporate development, and investment banking. He was part of Dell's Corporate Development team and Perot System's M&A team before its acquisition by Dell. Earlier in his career, he worked in a Dallas-based merchant banking firm and provided M&A consulting services in the healthcare services sector at KPMG. Capps began his career in the healthcare coverage group at Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup) in New York.
Andrea M. Scobie

Chief Marketing Officer
Andrea M. Scobie is the Chief Marketing Officer for OMNIA Partners, leading the team responsible for all marketing, communication and public relations. The marketing team works with awarded supplier partners to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase portfolio awareness nationwide and expand contract promotion.

Previously, Scobie led the marketing efforts for Horizon Resource Group, a national GPO dedicated to higher education institutions. The unprecedented success of Horizon Resource Group allowed the organization to expand into the public sector marketplace.

Scobie spent nearly a decade at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and HealthTrust Purchasing Group, a GPO representing more than 3,000 hospitals with a collective purchasing volume of more than $20 billion. Her most recent role with HCA included management of communications, education and training for the shared services supply chain strategy. Prior to that, she was part of the team that founded HealthTrust Purchasing Group.
Kevin Howard

Kevin Howard is the general counsel for OMNIA Partners, responsible for all legal functions for OMNIA Partners and its subsidiaries.

Prior to OMNIA Partners, Howard served as a vice president, acquisitions and development counsel for over seven years at Community Health Systems (CHS), providing legal counsel in connection with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate and other corporate transactions. In this role, he was part of a team that executed the largest public company healthcare merger to date and a subsequent public company spin-off transaction. Furthermore, he assisted with all legal aspects of hospital acquisition and disposition transactions and real estate transactions.

Prior to CHS, Howard practiced law at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC, working in both the corporate and securities and commercial practice groups.

John Lander is the Executive Vice President, sales for OMNIA Partners, responsible for the account management organizations for each subsidiary of OMNIA Partners, including sales planning, deployment, sales compensation plans and profit and loss (P&L) expertise.

Lander joined OMNIA Partners following a 20-year career at Office Depot, where he most recently served as senior vice president of North America field sales.

His experience and expertise include building a world-class sales culture, sales deployment optimization, sales productivity improvement, merger and acquisition execution and integration, P&L development/management as well as growing new product lines with existing customers. Lander’s history of cultivating long-term alliances with key decision-makers from Fortune 500 companies has yielded significant returns across international markets. Lander has negotiated numerous multimillion-dollar contracts and was responsible for $4.5 billion dollars in revenue with P&L responsibilities while at Office Depot.
Denise Woodside

Denise Woodside is the Executive VP of Operations & Digital Strategy at OMNIA Partners, overseeing sales and enterprise operations across all OMNIA Partners subsidiaries, including member services, analytics, and sales enablement.

Before joining OMNIA Partners, Woodside held the position of VP of Field Sales at MSC Industrial Supply Co., where she managed sales operations in the US and Mexico.

With over 20 years of experience in the office products industry, Woodside has held multiple executive leadership roles. She was responsible for North American sales operations, led healthcare and group purchasing teams, and directed pricing and strategy for Office Depot, Office Max, and Grand & Toy. She played a key role in the B2B integration of these companies and later led strategic growth efforts, focusing on new business development and product transformation in technology, furniture, digital print, and workplace facilities.

Leveraging her extensive B2B sales and operations expertise, Woodside aligns with stakeholders to advocate for customers and overcome operational barriers, driving breakthrough performance for sales professionals.

Allan McCombs serves as the Executive Vice President, Supplier Development for OMNIA Partners, leading the team responsible for developing and growing the relationships with key executives from our industry-leading supplier partners in efforts to nourish and strengthen current and future partnerships.

In his previous role, McCombs served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for OMNIA Partners, Public Sector. As SVP of Sales, McCombs had responsibility for advancing the overall growth of OMNIA Partners, Public Sector and led the Public Sector Account Management team. McCombs has been an invaluable part of OMNIA Partners since 2013 and continues to bring insight and leadership to the organization.

Prior to OMNIA Partners‚ McCombs spent 17 years in the financial services industry holding various executive-level roles in the commercial and private banking segment. He received his B.S. in Corporate Finance from Ball State University.

Andrea Morton serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations Support, overseeing sales and enterprise operations support functions, which encompasses analytics, member services, sales enablement, and project management.

Throughout her 18-year tenure with OMNIA Partners, Morton has held key leadership roles in contracting, partner development, and sales operations. Notably, over the last several years, she has played a pivotal role in leading OMNIA Partner's M&A integration efforts and establishing a strategic project management team.

Prior to joining OMNIA Partners, Morton began her career in roles related to supply chain and procurement at Lockheed Martin, Rockwell Automation, and Applied Industrial Technologies.

With over 25 years of operations, procurement, and group purchasing experience, Morton has a passion for driving continuous improvement that fosters cross functional collaboration to successfully attain both strategic and operational objectives.
Melissa Steinhart

Melissa Steinhart is the Senior VP of IT Solutions and Business Intelligence at OMNIA Partners. In her role, Steinhart oversees enterprise IT services across all OMNIA Partners subsidiaries, including infrastructure, information security, service desk, core applications, event technology, and business intelligence solutions.

Before joining OMNIA Partners, Steinhart held the position of VP of Distribution Center Solutions at McKesson Corporation. She was responsible for the technology utilized in distributing pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to customers and patients in the US and Canada.

With over 25 years of technology experience, Steinhart has progressed from technical roles in infrastructure and applications to technology leadership in eCommerce, ERP applications, project management, IT operations, and business intelligence solutions. She has a proven track record of building high-performing organizations to deliver key initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, data and analytics, and leading technology efforts for the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Prior to McKesson, Steinhart held technical and leadership roles at Deloitte and Bridgestone Americas. Leveraging her diverse technology background and industry experience, she serves as a strategic partner, helping the business achieve its goals and objectives.
