Stephanie Brice is the Supervisor of Procurement Services for Cobb County Government. Her entire 15- year career in procurement has been with the Cobb County Purchasing Department where she began as an administrative assistant in 2004. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Kennesaw State University. She obtained her CPPB certification from NIGP in 2008 and her CPPO certification in 2018. She is an active member of the Governmental Procurement Association of Georgia (GPAG) and currently serves as the Vendor Relations Chair for GPAG. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading, playing tennis, and being a fantasy football league champion.
Leslie Hafner is the Senior Vice President, Governmental Affairs for OMNIA Partners.
In this role, Mrs. Hafner supports OMNIA Partners with specialized expertise in lobbying, government affairs and executive leadership.
Mrs. Hafner is a tested professional who joined OMNIA Partners after serving at the Nashville office of Butler Snow as a Senior Government Relations Advisor. There she provided a myriad of clients with consulting and advisory services designed to improve each one’s opportunity for success throughout Tennessee.
Mrs. Hafner has had an extensive career in and around state and local government with proven successes in the administrative, legislative, and regulatory arenas of government. Having staffed campaigns in various positions since she was 11, she has a comprehensive background in political insight, election analysis, and issue advocacy.
Beginning in 2017, Mrs. Hafner served the Speaker of the House of Representatives as her Chief Policy Officer focusing on reform of the Juvenile Justice System and steps to address the growing Opioid crisis.
For the six years prior, she served as Senior Advisor and Chief Lobbyist to Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam. She maintained a 95% passage rate of all Administration legislative initiatives, recruited and trained a network of departmental liaisons and coordinated the daily agenda for the Governor’s Senior Staff during that time.
Mrs. Hafner was a principal at HafnerAlexander Government Relations where she was a part of overseeing all aspects of business development, marketing and revenue growth.
She also served in the administration of Tennessee Governor Don Sundquist. Mrs. Hafner held positions on the Governor’s communications, legislative and special projects teams before moving to the Department of Finance and Administration as the commissioner’s executive assistant and lead lobbyist.
David Odom is the Director of Procurement Services for the Cobb County School District. Prior to coming to Cobb County he was with Atlanta Public Schools for 9 years. Prior to working in the public sector David held positions with Husky Industries, Frito-Lay and Mattel. David holds the CPPO certification from the National Institute of Governmental Procurement.
