Georgia
The Georgia General Assembly approved a change to the state statutes, through HB953 and included in Georgia Act 501, which allows state agencies, and state colleges and universities access to contracts in cooperative purchasing organizations’ portfolios, including OMNIA Partners.
This Act goes into effect January 1, 2021.
