All public sector participants already registered with National IPA or U.S. Communities continue to have access to all contracts, with certain exceptions, in the portfolio and do not need to re-register to use a legacy National IPA, legacy U.S. Communities, or new OMNIA Partners contract. U.S. Communities and National IPA remain separate legal entities and lead agency contracts completed under each brand are effective and available for use through the contract’s approved term. Interpreting
We offer a range of high-quality interpreting services, and all interpreters are aligned to your needs based on required certifications and subject matter expertise.

• Over-the-phone (OPI): True to its name, this form of interpretation service occurs orally over the phone. OPI connectivity occurs in less than 30 seconds.
• Video Remote Interpreting: Video remote interpreting (VRI) is executed with digital streaming technology and used in a variety of settings. VRI combines the benefits of face-to-face interpretation with the on-demand nature of over-the-phone interpretation.
• On-site/in-person: On-site interpreting can occur one-on-one (in-line/face-to-face) or in a group setting. A large benefit to in-person interpreting is the ability to read non-verbal cues and deliver a more precise interpretation. 
• American Sign-Language (ASL): We can support both ongoing and ad-hoc requests for ASL, which can be delivered virtually or on-site.
• Computer-Aided Real-Time Translation (CART): CART is a service for which one or more of our certified CART provider(s) use interpreters to listen to live speech and translate the speech to text instantly. CART is often used for live events, such as onsite conferences.
