Any qualifying organization, including state and local government entities, public agencies, school districts (K-12), higher education institutions, and nonprofits, can work with Acro through the OMNIA Partners contract.
Yes. This contract has been competitively bid by a government agency, Maricopa County in Arizona. Through the Joint Powers Authority or an inter-local agreement, local governments can "piggy-back" on this competitively bid contract through OMNIA Partners. This satisfies the competitive bid requirements in most states. Check your own state's laws on intergovernmental purchasing to be sure.
