Bob Barker Company continuously strives to integrate sustainable practices throughout the business by offering customers a selection of product choices that are made from recycled and organic materials. To make buildings and operations even more efficient, the company installed energy efficient lighting and implemented a comprehensive recycling program which resulted in diverting 95% of waste from the landfill. Electric vehicle charging stations at two facility locations provide an incentive for team members to purchase electric or hybrid vehicles. Through a telework program, team members work from home each Friday during the summer to help further reduce the company’s carbon footprint.
