All public sector participants already registered with National IPA or U.S. Communities continue to have access to all contracts, with certain exceptions, in the portfolio and do not need to re-register to use a legacy National IPA, legacy U.S. Communities, or new OMNIA Partners contract. Herc Rentals' ProControl program allows customers to create a personalized web experience to improve management of their account ― all from the palm of their hand. ProControl gives customers the ability to improve the utilization of equipment rentals while obtaining account information in real time.

Once logged in, the web-based Telematics application enables you to rapidly identify and locate each piece of equipment, expedite movement, optimize utilization and reduce security risks. Additionally, all equipment categories specific to a customer's contract appear directly on the Home Page with options to "rent" or "buy." This allows members to create a customized profile and save preferences for equipment customers who rent more frequently.

This online solution leverages the latest technology to allow customers to move beyond their desk and manage a project from anywhere.

    • Weatherproof steel housing decreases noise level to 65 dB(A).
    • 41.7-gallon to 103-gallon fuel tank capacity allows for lengthy, continuous run time

• Skid Mount: Herc Rentals’ skid mounted towable containerized diesel generator features a Volvo heavy-duty diesel engine with a 1,000 gallon fuel tank that provides 26 hours of run time at full load or 84 gallons of DEF with up to 34 hours of run time.

Designed to power everything, including heavy equipment like power tools and light towers, this piece of weather-resistant battery power is ideal for construction sites, entertainment like film production or outdoor events and more.

• Features include:

  • Powers LED lights for up to 70 hours or 7 hours of traditional lighting

DEF Replenishment System: Herc Rentals’ DEF Replenishment system is the smart way to manage diesel exhaust fluid required by Tier 4 Final diesel engines. This system extends runtimes by monitoring the DEF level in diesel powered generators and automatically refills DEF into the generator DEF tank unattended.

  • Stacking corners with lifting points provide easy lifting and reduce storage space
  • Fork pockets on all four sides and tie-downs to ease jobsite maneuverability

Installation is simple and only requires electrical and ducting to remove hot air exhaust from the building.

Water-Cooled Portable Air Conditioners

Water-cooled portable air conditioner units are an extremely efficient and effective way to cool a room and only require access to a power source, water and a drain. Water-cooled air conditioners are best for areas where it’s not possible to exhaust hot air created by the air conditioner’s compressor through a ceiling tile, window or ducted opening. Instead of removing the heated air outside the space you’re cooling, the heat is transformed to water and externally drained.

These packaged air conditioners provide energy-efficient cooling, heating or dehumidification of recirculated air for both small and large applications in one self-contained unit. These units feature integrated temperature controls and convenient electrical and ductwork connections.

These air conditioning systems include Hybrid Units and Industrial High-Static. Hybrid Units provide cooling, heating, dehumidification, 100% return air or 100% outside air operations. These units feature large cooling and heating capacities and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) speed control high-static evaporator fans. Industrial high-static air conditioners provide cooling and dehumidification of return or outside air operations. These units feature large cooling capacity delivering large Delta T cooling and high static evaporator fans.
