    STRUCTURAL REHABILITATION MORTAR

    RECOMMENDED FOR: Structural restoration of large diameter pipe, both storm and sewer, consisting of metal, concrete, stone, masonry and others. Other structures such as manholes, wet-wells, and treatment plants also benefit from the superior strength and corrosion resistance properties of this advanced geopolymer.

    FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

    • High early and ultimate compressive, flexural and bond strengths.
    • Resistant to acid attack in wastewater streams with pH as low as 1.0 and temperature as high as 170°F for industrial effluent.

    • Adaptable: Curves and odd shapes are no match for SPR.  Tight curves up to Radius = 5 X Diameter are now possible.  Shapes from circular, to square, to rectangular, to horseshoe and even arches are practical applications for SPR.
    • Structural: SPR is a customized, structural solution to fix aging pipelines and is designed for installation in live flow conditions.  It can be engineered to correct hydraulic anomalies as well as restore the slope of the original pipe.  SPR’s materials have been tested in accordance with industry standards and approved to meet ASTM F1697-07 and ASTM F1741-07 specifications.
    • Accessible: SPR’s design allows end-to-end installation through existing access and hard-to-reach locations with minimal disruption to existing infrastructure.
