Program Overview
As a true business partner, Toshiba will work with you to select and implement optimal solutions that will allow OMNIA Partners, Public Sector participating agencies to achieve your initiatives to reduce and contain print output costs while implementing better reporting and oversight to your print management program. We provide creative and effective solutions to achieve your objectives.
Products - Toshiba's e-STUDIO multifunctional products (MFP's) offer industry-leading image quality and a number of advanced security features. These sophisticated and reliable digital imaging products further utilize a single-board architecture that delivers shorter job processing times and a lower cost per print than many competitors' models.
Delivery and installation - Toshiba will be responsible for delivery and installation of all MFP's, accessories, and software; network connections; testing; removal of packaging material; and initial training.
Service - Toshiba's authorized dealer network will provide participants of OMNIA Partners with prompt and reliable service and supply fulfillment to ensure that our products perform to, or even exceeds, your high level of expectations. Toshiba service technicians are certified to maintain and service their products, including break/fix and warranty support. We will train end users on our installed products and solutions.
Automated Toner Replenishment - Toshiba utilizes remote fleet monitoring tools to monitor the printers you use, discovers which devices are low on toner, and will send a backup when needed.
PageSmart - Leveraging Toshiba's PageSmart Program, you get toner, service, parts, and labor included in one low, cost-per-page price through one reliable service provider. This frees up your IT resources to focus on other issues critical to your business, saving you valuable time and money.
PageSmart Portal - Allows you to manage all aspects of your print fleet including real-time device status, supplies remaining details, supplies shipment information, and much more.
Global Services Portal - Integral to efficient fleet management and reporting is Toshiba's web based Global Services Portal. This site provides you with a single location to manage your fleet and receive support services 24/7.
Support - Toshiba offers one of the most comprehensive technical support systems in the industry. The ability to request service is as simple and efficient as dialing a toll-free telephone number or entering a request online. Moreover, Toshiba maintains an extensive team of technical experts to address and resolve networking, integration, and software-related issues that may arise during and after the installation process.
