Strategic Alliances in Action: Achieving Success Through Powerful Partnerships

Setting up your employees for success starts in the office. The environment your teams are working in directly affects their productivity and work ethic as well as mental health. This is something a well-known hardware company had in mind when designing their new headquarters, they wanted to create a space that their employees could prosper in.  

The Process

This hardware company began the process of furnishing their new office by touring and communicating with about seven manufacturers. From there they narrowed down their search and went through the bid process. Throughout this process, MillerKnoll relied heavily on OMNIA Partners to provide support during the RFP portion and show the customer the benefits of being a member of OMNIA Partners. After presenting mockups of the workspaces and offices, they moved into negotiations. Within the next few weeks MillerKnoll had been awarded the project. 

MillerKnoll partnered with their dealer Coporate Concepts for this project. Their team handled all the specifications, ordering and installation management, ensuring the project was completed in a timely manner. During the project Corporate Concepts outsourced a few ancillary pieces and worked closely with JLL to continue the design of everything from private offices to historical artwork on the walls.

The Results

Working with OMNIA Partners and MillerKnoll, this hardware company was able to design a beautiful new headquarters, creating a space where their employees could thrive. By leveraging group purchasing, the customer was able to leverage already formed relationships in order to create the beautiful final product seen below.
