U.S. Communities, National IPA, & NCPA are wholly-owned subsidiaries of OMNIA Partners, dba OMNIA Partners, Public Sector. All public sector participants already registered with National IPA, U.S. Communities, or NCPA continue to have access to all contracts, with certain exceptions, in the portfolio and do not need to re-register to use a legacy National IPA, legacy U.S. Communities, legacy NCPA, or new OMNIA Partners contract. U.S. Communities, National IPA, and NCPA remain separate legal entities and lead agency contracts completed under each brand are effective and available for use through the contract’s approved term. In the event we believe re-registration is necessary for any reason, OMNIA Partners will let you know.

Initial Term: April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2028
Renewal Options: Option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods through March 31, 2030

The anticipated full term of the contract is five (5) years. The Successful Offeror(s) shall have the right to enter local “service” agreements with Participating Public Agencies accessing the contract through OMNIA Partners, so long as the effective date of such agreement is prior to the expiration of the Contract. All local agreements may have a full potential term (any combination of initial and renewal periods) not to exceed five years. Any local agreements, project agreements, or maintenance agreements executed against resulting Master Agreement(s) during the effective term may survive beyond the expiration of the Master Agreement as established and agreed to by the Successful Offeror(s) and Participating Public Agencies.
