Case Study: Chicago Housing Authority
The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) provides housing to more than 62,000 households across the city of Chicago. CEO Eugene Jones Jr.’s primary goal is to build vibrant communities within the city. “Home means safety, ownership and being proud,” Jones said. “We’re going to try and partner and help neighborhoods become stronger economically, socially, and that’s a proud thing for CHA.”
To help achieve that goal, the Chicago Housing Authority needed a vendor who shared the same passion. The video shows how Lowe’s began working with CHA by helping them provide a safe place to live that tenants can be proud of while saving them money through the use of our OMNIA Partners cooperative contract.
