Oracle provides products and services that address all aspects of corporate and government information technology (IT) cloud environments.  Through this contract customers can access the Oracle cloud services and professional services through a designated group of authorized distributors for transformative enterprise cloud solutions or subscription renewals of existing cloud.

The diverse set of authorized distributors can advise and perform the work necessary to move from a traditional on premise model to a cloud based model allowing the eligible participating agencies to benefit from the long term cost savings and advanced security provisions provided by Oracle’s cloud. Included Oracle offerings are the current generally available Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and the specified Software as a Service (SaaS), emerging technology, and Authorized Distributor professional services.

U.S. Communities, National IPA, & NCPA are wholly-owned subsidiaries of OMNIA Partners, dba OMNIA Partners, Public Sector. All public sector participants already registered with National IPA, U.S. Communities, or NCPA continue to have access to all contracts, with certain exceptions, in the portfolio and do not need to re-register to use a legacy National IPA, legacy U.S. Communities, legacy NCPA, or new OMNIA Partners contract. U.S. Communities, National IPA, and NCPA remain separate legal entities and lead agency contracts completed under each brand are effective and available for use through the contract’s approved term. In the event we believe re-registration is necessary for any reason, OMNIA Partners will let you know.
