O'Reilly Auto Parts Account Sign Up
To set up or transfer an O’Reilly account number under the contract through OMNIA Partners, simply fill out the form below by entering the requested information and return this completed form via email to: CoOps@oreillyauto.com or via fax to (417) 874-7199.
OMNIA Partners participants with existing O’Reilly accounts must complete the form and provide their existing account numbers in order to receive OMNIA Partners contract pricing.
Processing the form for a new account or transferring an existing account will take 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification from O’Reilly informing you that your account has been linked to the OMNIA Partners contract pricing. Your account will not convert to OMNIA Partners until you receive the O’Reilly email notification.
A representative of O’Reilly Auto Parts® will set up your account with the discounts associated with the cooperative contract 05-42 through OMNIA Partners. We will send you an email when this has been completed so you may enjoy the benefits and savings.
