JUST Program

We are proud to share that we have attained our JUST label. The JUST program is a voluntary disclosure tool and transparent third-party platform for us to demonstrate our commitment to social justice and equity issues. It is an assessment of where we are as an organization in six different categories, namely, Diversity and Inclusion, Equity, Employee Health, Employee Benefits, Stewardship and Purchasing and Supply Chain. Within these categories there are 22 specific indicators against which we are scored on a 4-point scale. JUST allows for continuous improvement with a bi-annual review through the International Living Future Institute (IFLI).

U.S. Communities and National IPA, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of OMNIA Partners, have come together as OMNIA Partners, Public Sector. All public sector participants already registered with National IPA or U.S. Communities continue to have access to all contracts, with certain exceptions, in the portfolio and do not need to re-register to use a legacy National IPA, legacy U.S. Communities, or new OMNIA Partners contract. U.S. Communities and National IPA remain separate legal entities and lead agency contracts completed under each brand are effective and available for use through the contract’s approved term. In the event we believe re-registration is necessary for any reason, OMNIA Partners will let you know.

Bow Tie takes a fresh, unexpected approach to showcasing Teknion furniture – an approach that highlights the element of fashion in furniture design, rather than the function and application of a product.

The result is a “look book” of images that draw one’s eye to the color and texture of fabrics, the glossy or matte finish of wood, the line of a silhouette, the details of a seam. This perspective borrows from the drama of fashion and builds on Teknion’s identity as a design-focused innovator.

Our Bow Tie collection reimagines the concept of “office furniture” in the same way – we need furniture that fits the way we work, but also gives us pleasure and kindles creativity. Fashion photography works in just that way. It is not only descriptive, allowing us to see, it is also provocative, inviting one to imagine.
